By accessing xtendedcarwarranty.com or purchasing a Vehicle Protection Plan from Xtended Car Warranty ("XCW", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.
XCW offers vehicle protection plans for specified mechanical repairs on eligible Petrol, Diesel and Electric vehicles after the manufacturer's warranty expires. Plans are underwritten by our partner, Genesis Global Holdings. A Vehicle Protection Plan is a service contract, not a motor insurance policy.
The full terms governing coverage, covered and excluded components, claim limits, coverage duration, waiting periods, vehicle eligibility, customer responsibilities, claims procedure, pre-existing conditions, transfer of coverage, cancellation, fraud, limitation of liability, and governing law are set out on our Coverage page and in the downloadable Terms & Conditions (PDF). These plan-specific terms take precedence over this general page for any conflict relating to your Vehicle Protection Plan.
Prices shown on our instant quote calculator and Pay Premium page are indicative and depend on the vehicle details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before a plan is purchased.
Payments for Vehicle Protection Plans are processed securely through Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to these Terms. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.
All vehicles are subject to a self-guided video inspection and eligibility review before a plan is activated. XCW reserves the right to decline coverage for any vehicle that does not meet our eligibility criteria, at its sole discretion.
You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a quote, submitting an inspection, or filing a claim. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or submit fraudulent inspection or claims information.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the XCW brand, is the property of Xtended Car Warranty / One Life Cars and may not be reproduced without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XCW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Our liability under any Vehicle Protection Plan is limited to the claim limits specified in your plan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
